Test Important Business Emails
Business-critical messages should receive additional verification after conversion. Select important conversations involving customers, suppliers, projects, approvals, transactions, or operational decisions and open them inside the PST. Check their complete content, attachments, dates, and recipient information. These messages may have greater practical importance than ordinary correspondence. Testing them ensures that critical records are available before the original MSG files are archived or moved. If an important message does not appear correctly, retain the source MSG file and investigate the issue before relying on the PST as the primary archive.
